Are you a skilled Sales Training Manager ready to make a real impact on the performance of our Central Sales and Lawyer teams?
In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and optimise training programs that enhance sales and consultation skills, drive conversion rates, and strengthen client relationships with a consultative, client-first approach. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with our mission and contribute directly to our business growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Sales Training Development: Design and deliver structured training covering the entire client journey—consultation techniques, communication, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Onboarding & Continuous Development: Develop effective onboarding processes for new hires and provide ongoing training to drive skill progression and performance.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Identify skill gaps, provide one-on-one coaching, and mentor team members to improve confidence and client interactions.
- Performance Analysis: Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and results.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with Central Sales, Marketing, and Lawyer leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Sales Materials Development: Create and maintain training guides, scripts, and resources to support your programs.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: Proven success in a sales training role, ideally within legal, professional, or financial services.
- Track Record of Results: Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs that drive measurable performance improvements.
- Coaching Skills: Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities to help team members achieve their goals.
- Communication Excellence: Clear and engaging communicator, skilled at tailoring training to meet the needs of diverse team members.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Tech-aware: Proficient with CRM systems, LMS platforms, and tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
You'll have the chance to visit our different offices and collaborate with our teams across Stowe; some travel will be involved.
