Now, we’re hiring a Referral & Partnerships Manager to drive the next phase of our growth. What this role is really about:

You won’t just support our referral strategy. You’ll own it. That means identifying the right opportunities, forming high-value partnerships, and making the business case for where we focus our efforts. You’ll need strong commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge ideas and shape our approach.

We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable building a strategic plan as they are getting stuck in: meeting potential partners, getting face-to-face with referrers, and bringing new ideas to life. You’ll take the lead on creative, practical ways to build relationships and open new referral channels.

If you come from a legal background (or even have a legal qualification), you’ll have a real advantage. You’ll already speak the language, understand the pressures, and be able to get buy-in from lawyers across the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

•Take the lead on shaping and owning our entire approach to referrals and partnerships.

•Seek out new partners with a creative, proactive mindset—building connections from the ground up.

•Strengthen and grow the relationships we already have, making sure they feel valued and supported.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to keep everything joined up and heading in the right direction.

• Use data to spot what’s working, where we can improve, and where the biggest opportunities are.

• Keep things grounded in our values, ensuring every decision reflects who we are and what we stand for.

• Share success stories, insights and learnings across the business—connecting teams and encouraging collaboration.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Solid experience in business development, partnerships or referral networks, ideally within legal, financial or professional services.

• Commercial awareness that helps you see the bigger picture and spot high-impact opportunities.

• A natural ability to build trust and form strong, meaningful relationships.

• Creativity, initiative and the drive to make things happen—especially when it comes to sourcing and growing new referral opportunities.

• A data-informed mindset to guide your decisions and show what’s delivering real value.

• Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to tailor your approach for different audiences and situations.
