At Stowe Family Law, you’ll be the first point of contact for people going through one of the most challenging times in their lives. You’ll be there to listen, reassure, and guide them towards the right legal support - making every call count.

What you’ll be doing:
Dealing with New Business Enquiries - 

• Handling inbound enquiries and following up on warm outbound calls (no cold calling).
• Taking time to understand each client’s situation and needs.
• Booking appointments and helping clients take their first steps with us.
• Working closely with our lawyers across the country to make sure clients get the right support, at the right time.

What we’re looking for:

• A background in call centre sales or a target-driven customer role.
• Someone who can balance professionalism with empathy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

The details:

• Salary: £30,000 per year
• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• 2-week new starter training from our Harrogate office, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about family law. 
  
• Rotating shift pattern (alternates weekly): 
  Week 1: Monday 11–7, Tuesday 9–5, Wednesday 11–7, Friday 9–5, Saturday 9–5 
  Week 2: Monday 11–7, Tuesday 9–5, Wednesday 11–7, Thursday 9–5, Friday 9–5 (alternates back to week 1 and so on)
