We’re looking for a skilled Data Governance Manager to help us shape how we manage, protect and make the most of our data. From improving quality and compliance to exploring new technologies like AI, this is your chance to lead meaningful change and make a lasting impact.
What you'll bring
- Build and embed data governance frameworks that align with our values, goals and regulatory needs
- Champion data quality introducing the right tools, metrics, dashboards and checks to keep everything accurate and fit-for-purpose
- Lead on data privacy, ensuring we stay compliant with GDPR/DPA
- Collaborate across the business to create joined-up data solutions
- Coach and support others - building a data-savvy culture across the business
- Own audits, DPIAs, training and reporting to help us stay sharp, secure and compliant
What you'll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in data governance, privacy or quality management
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, DPA 2018, data governance models (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK), and modern data tools
- Proven experience designing and rolling out data quality or compliance programmes
- Strong stakeholder management
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and comfortable in fast-moving environments
