If you’re a Digital Delivery & Marketing Operations Lead, here are 3 reasons why you should speak to us:
Shape how digital gets done: This isn’t just about managing projects; it’s about building the tools, processes, and ways of working that will power our entire digital marketing team across SEO, PPC, web strategy, and CRO.
Make a real, lasting impact: You’ll lead projects that stretch over months and years, not just quick wins. Your work will help shape our digital roadmap for the long haul.
Work across the full digital mix: You won’t be stuck in a silo. You’ll collaborate across teams and agencies, driving innovation and efficiency across all digital channels.
We’re not looking for someone to keep things ticking over; we want someone ready to lead change and make a difference.
Who is Stowe Family Law?
Stowe Family Law LLP is the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with over 400 colleagues across 90+ locations. We’re proud to offer exceptional support to clients when they need it most and have a solid foundation for growth.
You might not expect it in a family law firm, but digital marketing is at the forefront of our success. Our Digital Marketing team plays a crucial role in connecting people with the right legal support when they need it most.
What you'll be doing:
- End-to-end delivery: Take ownership of digital project delivery, coordinating and driving web changes, campaign launches, CRO/testing cycles, and the rollout of new marketing technology or AI pilots.
- Marketing operations: Streamline digital workflows and processes, from project briefing and resource management to reporting, tracking, and measurement.
- Test-and-learn: Support a culture of rapid experimentation, managing proof-of-concepts and embedding successful AI tools or new ways of working into BAU.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate work between in-house teams (SEO, paid, CRO, content, analytics) and external partners (agencies, dev, platform suppliers) to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
- Reporting and measurement: Own digital KPIs, dashboards, and impact reporting for projects and campaigns
What we're looking for:
- Project management expertise: You’ve delivered digital projects in fast-paced settings, agency or in-house, and can juggle multiple moving parts with ease.
- Digital all-rounder: You’ve got a solid understanding of SEO, paid, CRO, web and content, plus an interest in Martech and AI tools.
- Process improvement: You like to make things run better, streamlining workflows, building playbooks, and spotting where things can be smarter.
- Stakeholder skills: You’re a clear communicator who can keep people aligned and projects moving, even when things get busy.
- Innovative mindset: You’re proactive, organised, and not afraid to try new things. You love learning and want to help shape the future of digital.
