What we're looking for..

A Senior Solicitor or Senior Lawyer ready for the step up to Partner but blocked where you are.

Or, a Partner in a traditional firm, frustrated that you're not an equity partner or not being adequately rewarded.

You’ll be commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to build on your expertise. You’ll have experience in high-value financial and/or complex children work, with the ability to bring in and convert new clients while leading from the front.
