Gemma Davison

Partner - Team Leader – Lawyers - South West and Thames Valley

Gemma joined Stowe Family Laws’ as a Senior Associate in 2021 and is now Team Leader Partner in Oxford and Banbury. 

Gemma is an accredited Mediator and Collaborative lawyer, and supports clients in all areas of family law including; financial aspects of divorce and separation, court proceedings, disputes regarding the care of children and family building.

She expertly advises clients on their options for starting a family including; international and domestic surrogacy, platonic co-parenting, single parent by choice and donor conception.

Gemma specialises in dealing with private and public pensions, property portfolios, spousal maintenance and business ownership.

She helps clients resolve issues around the care of a child or children, including where and whom a child lives with, disputes around school choice and medical care.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys baking, gardening and photography.
